Foam materials
for industrial applications.

Selecting the right material is one of the key elements of every solution. We choose materials according to their mechanical properties, structure, density and application conditions.

The right material
for the specific application.

Different requirements call for different materials.

We select the material according to the function it needs to perform, from impact cushioning and transport protection to positioning, sealing, insulation or protection of electronic components.

We process PE, EPE, PE-K, PU, EVA, antistatic and ESD foams, as well as other specialty foam and technical materials in various densities, hardnesses and thicknesses.

We tailor material selection to the specific product, application conditions and project requirements.

Materials we process most often.

Each material has different mechanical and functional properties. The appropriate type depends on the product, application and required level of protection.

01

PE foam

Closed-cell polyethylene foam is used for protective packaging, technical components, positioning and product cushioning.

Different densities allow material selection according to product weight, required rigidity and level of protection.

03

PE-K foam

PE-K is a cross-linked closed-cell polyethylene foam with a fine, uniform surface. Its characteristic cell structure gives the material an attractive, slightly shimmering appearance, making it suitable for packaging where visual presentation is important.

In addition to good mechanical properties, PE-K allows precision processing and the production of visually refined inserts and technical components.

Typical applications

Precision-cut inserts, protective and presentation packaging, packaging for cosmetics, gifts and other high-value products, as well as technical components, spacers and positioners.

Technical characteristics

Different PE-K foam grades are available, allowing selection of suitable density and mechanical properties for the application.

04

PU foam

Flexible open-cell polyurethane foam is available in a wide range of densities and hardnesses, allowing material selection according to the requirements of the specific application.

Thanks to its flexibility and cushioning properties, PU foam is used to protect sensitive products and to manufacture inserts, linings and various technical components.

Typical applications

Protective inserts and linings, product cushioning, fillers, separators, profiled foam, technical components and protective packaging for sensitive products.

Technical characteristics

Different PU foam grades allow density and hardness to be matched to the required flexibility, load-bearing capacity and level of protection.

05

Antistatic and static-
dissipative foams

Foam materials intended to protect electronic components and other products sensitive to electrostatic discharge. We offer antistatic PU foams and static-dissipative PE foam.

Different structures, densities and electrical properties allow material selection according to product requirements, packaging method and required level of protection.

Typical applications

Electronic components, printed circuit boards and assemblies, sensors, measuring equipment, precision-cut inserts, separators and protective packaging.

Technical characteristics

Antistatic PU foams in different densities and closed-cell static-dissipative PE foam are available.
